I'm Kaitlyn Baker, but I go by simply Baker.  I was born in Maryland, but grew up in West Virginia.  I am a young writer, looking to share my writing through this blog while in the process of writing my very first book, which will be a memoir.  I write nonfiction, poetry, and short stories/essays, mostly, but can write almost anything.  My writing consultant, Donna Gallassi, was my inspiration to start this blog, and I'm calling it bakerwrite.blog!
